Returns or exchanges
If you'd like to return or exchange your product(s) (e.g. defective item), please follow these simple steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at support [at] comboutique.asia
to inform them that you wish to refund or exchange your product(s)
In your email, please include your contact information (i.e. name, address, phone number), your invoice number and the reason for returning the product(s).
If you're requesting for a refund, we will issue Comboutique shop credits so you can use them in your next Comboutique order.
2. Pack the product(s) to be returned or exchanged together with a copy of the invoice, a printed copy of your email correspondence with our customer service team
requesting for the return or exchange, and mail it to:
