Shipping rates and return policy

Shipping fees vary depending on the quantities you order :

(*) Australia, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong-Kong, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.

Your order will be shipped to you via regular International Mail Service.

In order to return your product to us (retraction right or defective item), you must respect the following procedure (article 6 of our Terms of Service) :

• In the first place, your must contact us in order to obtain a return number, by mail at the following address : COMBOUTIQUE ASIA Pte. Ltd. - 71 Toh Guan Road East TCH TechCenter - Unit 05-04 - 608598 Singapore - Registration Number : 200818008D. In this letter, please mention your contact info (name, address, phone number), the reference number of your order, and the reason why you want to return that product.
• Then, you have a full 7 days lapse to return the product to us, the shipping fees being at your charge. The clothes must be unworn.
• In the case of a product exchange, we'll ship the new order to you, shipping included.
• In case we refund your purchase, you can either be attributed a Comboutique store credit or cash refund (in this case, shipping fees are not refunded).
